About Us

Our aspiration is to make a positive contribution to our island community by raising awareness of great ideas, promoting local businesses and celebrating island events. We are especially keen to promote sustainable living, green energy and sensible island initiatives. Through the persuasive power of video, we help local businesses reach out to global markets. Always eager to empower young people, whenever possible we offer opportunities to work with us on specific projects, in the process raising their awareness of the television industry while bolstering their self-esteem.

Positive Pictures evolved from our previous Glasgow-based production company, Flashback, established in 1980. During these 37 years, we have supported almost every sector of Scotland's commerce and industry. With the introduction of portable video equipment, we also pioneered wedding video production. Taking advantage of developments in digital technology, today we still provide the same range of services ~ to a higher standard, but at a fraction of the cost! This enables us to provide affordable video production to anyone wishing to persuade, sell, educate or simply entertain.
